LittleShoot Review
There's no shortage of file sharing services on the Web, but LittleShoot is a newcomer with a nifty feature. The little program helps users search the web for all kinds of files – videos, photos, documents, games and even applications.
LittleShoot is a browser plug-in that allows users to find content on the Internet and download it directly or play it within their browser. It also works with the P2P network Limewire, and websites like YouTube and Flickr.
The program is free to use and comes with a handy "safe search" filter that prevents unwanted results from appearing. The application is compatible with all major web browsers, including Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer (version 7 or higher) and can also be accessed via an Android smartphone.
One of the best features is that the program uses minimal memory and can be downloaded in a flash. Another feature is its ability to find nearby computers that are hosting the file you want, resulting in a quicker download time.
To get started, click on the download button and follow the onscreen instructions. The application is available for Windows PCs and Macintoshes. It can be run in the background or in full screen mode. It's compatible with both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the operating system and can be installed on a single or multiple machines. If you wish to uninstall the application, simply select the Add or Remove Programs icon. Alternatively, you can use the Control Panel to perform the same task.
